Pastor's Paul & Sally Chapman
Pastor Paul is currently the Senior Pastor of the Beckley Praise Church (April 1, 2007) located in Beckley, West Virginia.
Pastor Paul is a Licensed and Ordained Minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church and is an active member with the Appalachian Conference, IPHC, in Dublin, Virginia. Pastor Chapman has his Bachelor of Religious Education with Maranatha College of Christian Ministries and is currently enrolled at the Advantage College, Modesto, California where he has obtained his Masters Degree of Theology.
Pastor has worked in all areas of the church including:
Sunday School Teacher (1st thru 12th Grade),
Youth Department,
Sunday School Superintendent,
Board Member and the role of the Assistant Pastor.
Pastor is a dynamic conference speaker and you will be blessed to be in service with him.
Pastor Paul has been working in the church for the past 24+ years; however, about 11+ years ago he answered the calling to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Paul immediately began holding revivals, special services and preaching in ALL denominations. Whether it is in a normal church setting, a tent or in a Teen Center, his goal is to preach anywhere God has opened a door for him to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Over the past 8 years and also since he began to pastor Beckley Praise; his theme or Goal, which the Lord has placed upon his heart, is Uniting the Body of Christ to come together as one. Twice a month (2nd & 4th Friday) at the Beckley Praise Church, you will find Pastor hosting "FRESH FIRE FRIDAY" with a different speaker; from all denominations. In 2014, pastor has began having "Saturday Night Live" Youth/Adult Gatherings - bringing the Generations Together for One Purpose!
Pastor Paul not only works a full time job with the Raleigh County Circuit Clerks Office, Pastors the Beckley Praise Church but also holds a full Evangelistic schedule. He is a dynamic and charismatic speaker who encourages and instructs through the Word of God! He is found in all denominations spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!
Pastor is married to his beautiful wife, Cecilia "Sally", who by the way is a dynamic minister of the Gospel also; and they have a son, Robbie, who assists them in the Work of the Lord.
Minister Cecilia "Sally" Chapman
Cecilia Chapman, also known as "Sally" is a native of Beckley West Virginia and a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Cecilia is the wife of Pastor Paul Chapman, of Beckley Praise Church, where she Co-Pastors the Beckley Praise Church with her husband. Cecilia is also employed by the Raleigh County Clerk, in the Elections and Voters Registration Department where she has served the public for the last 27 years.
Cecilia has ministered to Churches and Ladies Ministries in Raleigh County and surrounding areas. Currently, she is serving as the Senior Adult Bible Teacher, President of the Women's Ministry Department and Teens Youth Director church. She and her husband Paul returned from a missionary trip (2014) to Haiti where they were blessed to speak with over 800 young people and witness over 74 give their heart to Jesus.
She has received much of her training thru the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, where at a young age she was taught the importance of "hiding the word "in your heart. Cecilia's passion is teaching the word of God. She believes, if we can get the word in their hearts, and get the people rooted and grounded in that word, then they will "endure to the end and be saved".
